By submitting this application, you agree that if selected for an award, the resources will be used as described in the application. Failure to do so could result in a request for the resources to be returned to the organization. We reserve the right to follow up quarterly for one year to determine the progress of the use of the funds. The administrator of the award agrees to provide timely communication to the members of our team regarding the use of the funds. If a request to return the funds is made, the funds must be returned with seven (7) business days by the method outlined in the request.
