Our final day began with a presentation by Rev. Dr. Mitzi J. Smith, Ph.D. on “A Womanist Perspective of the  Radical Politics of Self Care for Black Women.”

We spent the day equipping ourselves, as leaders in ministry, with the resources, tools and access to professionals specializing in mental health and self care.
